As we prepare for another amazing season, we wanted to share some updates and featured properties with you!

Update to our Cancellation Policy

We're happy to let you know we're keeping up with the times and have decided to reduce our cancellation policy for our 1 & 2 bedroom properties. Our new cancellation policy for these properties is:

All bookings will receive a full refund if cancelled 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment.

Peak Minimum Night Stay

Our calendars are pretty full but there are still a few gaps available. We've decided to completely remove the 7 night minimum stay policy over peak for the remaining availability. Please note that the property's standard minimum night policy will remain.

Nitro Holds

Just a reminder that you are only meant to place 2 holds in Nitro for any specific dates/enquiry. We've noticed a trend of more than the limit of 2 being placed and we ask you to please respect the availability for other bookings.
